Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the attention your plants deserve:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Gardener’s Note: We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every plant we ship. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Plants must show signs of damage or health issues upon arrival
  • Non-plant items must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
  2. Our plant care team will review your request
  3. If approved, we’ll email return instructions and authorization number
  4. Pack your return carefully (see tips below)
  5. Ship using the specified method

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement promptly

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our living products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Live plants that have been planted or cared for improperly (clematis vines, encore azaleas, groundcover plants, etc.)
  • Herb plants showing signs of use or harvesting
  • Topiary plants that have been trimmed or reshaped
  • Any item not in its original condition

Exception: We will replace plants that arrive dead or severely damaged if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Packing Tips for Returns

Help your plants make the return journey safely:

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • For potted plants, secure the soil with plastic wrap
  • Include all plant tags and care instructions
  • Mark the package “Fragile – Live Plants”

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Check your country’s plant import regulations
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders
