Currently, we operate on a guest checkout system to keep things simple. However, we save your order history so you can easily reorder your favorite plants like those beautiful herb plants or plant collections you loved last time.

We ship globally to most regions (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Whether you’re in Lansing like us or across the world, we’ll do our best to get your green friends to you!

We stand behind every encore azalea and topiary plant we send. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll make it right – because happy plants mean happy gardeners!

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy. However, we’re confident you’ll love your new green friends as much as we do!

Each plant comes with basic care instructions to help it thrive in your garden or home. Remember, different plants like our vines & climbers versus our hedges & screens may have different needs!
